Bell's Thanksgiving Burger

Feed your thanksgiving cravings at any point in the year.
Ingredients
Serving Size: 4 servings
1lb | Ground turkey |
4 slices | Provolone cheese |
1 package | Bell's Chicken Stuffing |
2 | Celery stalks |
2 | Carrots |
1 can or jar | Cranberry sauce |
1/4 cup | Butter |
1 head | Boston, Bibb or Butter Lettuce |
4 | Buns (brioche or burger buns) |
1 1/4 cup | Water |
Salt | |
Pepper | |
1 jar | Bell's Turkey Gravy |
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high
- Dice celery and carrots
- Saute carrots and celery with 1tbs olive oil or butter for 3 minutes
- Add 1/4 cup butter to pot with carrots and celery and melt
- Once butter has melted, combine stuffing, 1 1/4 cup water, melted butter and vegetables. Mix together and cover pot
- Place turkey in bowl, season with salt and pepper, and form into 4 equal patties
- Place burgers on grill. Cook about 4 minutes on one side and flip over. After 2 minutes add cheese, and cook another 2 minutes or until meat is cooked through
- Heat 1/2 jar of Bell's Turkey Gravy in saucepan on medium heat
- Place burger on sliced bun, add lettuce, stuffing, cranberry sauce and drizzle turkey gravy over top. Enjoy!
