Q: I’m unable to find one of my favorite Bell’s products. How can I find out if you still make it?
A: The website is a great resource for all of the products that we currently produce. If you have not been able to find a favorite product in-store, you can now order online. To see a list of all of our available products, please visit our Shop page.

Q: How can I get coupons for your products?
A: As different grocers have different rules for coupons, the best way to receive and use discounts on Bell’s products is to sign up to receive emails so you can be notified when we have a special offer. Another way to find out when we are offering discounts is to follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/bellsfoods and on Instagram: @bellsfoods

Q: Do you offer sample sizes?
A: We do not make sample sizes of our products at this time.

Q: Do you have Gluten-free products?
A: Yes, we do! Here is a list of the following Bell’s products that are Gluten-free:

  • Bell’s Poultry Seasoning
  • Blazin’ Buffalo Wing Seasoning
  • Turkey Brine
  • Gluten-Free Stuffing
  • Chicken-Flavored Rice
  • Cheddar Broccoli Rice
  • Spanish Rice

Q: Are your products Kosher?
A: Our Bell’s products are not Kosher

Q: Are your products GMO-Free?
A: While none of the Bell’s products are certified GMO-free, our Poultry Seasoning and Turkey Brine are made with ingredients that have not been genetically-modified.

Q: Are your manufacturing facilities Peanut and Tree Nut Free?
A: we do manufacture nuts in some of our facilities…trying to figure out how to answer this without opening up a can of worms…

Q: Do you have low or no sodium products?
A: The best news is that our flagship product, Bell’s Seasoning, is salt free!

Q: How do I find the Best By / Expiration Date on my product?
A: All of our products contain a Best By date, however, because we have multiple manufacturing sites, the codes and their locations can differ from product to product. On our boxed products the codes would appear on one of the end flaps. On our pouched products the code is ink-jetted onto the package in a lighter color area.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At this time, we are only able to ship our products in the U.S.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO boxes?
A: Need to ask FedEx…

Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, so you will know when to expect its arrival.

Q: Can I send a gift card to someone?
A: We will be adding an option to purchase gift cards to the website shortly. Thank you for your patience!

Q: What types of shipping do you offer?
A: We offer flat-rate 2nd Day shipping. If, for any reason you need your products sooner, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
