When you order from Bell’s, you are assured that all of our products are of the highest quality. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you notify us within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
Returned, unopened products may be subject to a restocking fee equal to the shipping cost provided on your order.
In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Bell’s. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM ET, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. We use Fed-Ex 2nd Day Flat Rate service. If, for any reason, you need your products sooner, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to expedite your order. Please note that expedited shipping may require additional shipping rates.
