Bell's Breakfast Sausage

Bell’s Breakfast Sausages will quickly become a family favorite. Try them on a breakfast sandwich, as the perfect side with a loaded omelet, or crumbled in a breakfast burrito.
Serving size: about 20 sausage patties
|1 lb.||Ground turkey|
|1 lb.||Ground pork|
|1 Tbsp.||Bell's Seasoning|
|1 Tbsp.||Kosher salt|
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to stand in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and scoop out sausage mixture in 2-3 oz. portions onto baking sheet. Flatten each portion into a small patty. Cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer until firm.
- When patties are frozen, transfer them to a plastic bag or freezer-safe storage container. Store in freezer until ready to use.
- To serve, pan-fry over medium heat, turning occasionally until golden brown on each side and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
