Bell's Easy Chicken Salad

Throw this tasty chicken salad together in 10 minutes to enjoy as a light lunch or dinner. Can also be used as a delicious base to add grapes, cranberries, or nuts if desired.
Ingredients
Serving size: 2-3
3 cups | Rotisserie chicken, chopped |
1/3 cup | Mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | Chopped celery |
1/2 cup | Chopped green onion |
1/2 tsp | Bell's Seasoning |
To taste | Salt and fresh ground pepper |
Directions
- Mix chopped rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, celery, green onion, and Bell's Seasoning in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over spinach leaves or with crusty bread and heirloom tomatoes, and enjoy!
