Bell's Easy Chicken Salad

Throw this tasty chicken salad together in 10 minutes to enjoy as a light lunch or dinner. Can also be used as a delicious base to add grapes, cranberries, or nuts if desired.
Serving size: 2-3
|3 cups||Rotisserie chicken, chopped|
|1/2 cup||Chopped celery|
|1/2 cup||Chopped green onion|
|1/2 tsp||Bell's Seasoning|
|To taste||Salt and fresh ground pepper|
- Mix chopped rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, celery, green onion, and Bell's Seasoning in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over spinach leaves or with crusty bread and heirloom tomatoes, and enjoy!
